1. We monitor all the arrivals, and our Chauffeurs will be at the designated parking zone before your arrival at the gate for your smooth transfer and contact you via text/imsg/whatsapp etc. *For Resort/Park pickup spot time is 5-10 mins prior to pick up time depending on the rules of the resort/park.
2. Standard car seat/booster are supplied complementary upon request.
3. The chauffeur will meet guests at (arrivals)level 1 or 2 of the terminal chosen and assist with loading / unloading the bags in the vehicle.
4. For Bags weighing more than 50 lbs / Wheelchair/ Strollers/ Scooters Chauffer must be assisted during loading and unloading from the vehicle.
5. Chauffeur will wait for no more than 60 mins/120 min (Domestic/International) upon flight arrives at gate/ 5 mins until last bag arrives on belt/ 5 mins after guest have their bags: whichever is earlier will apply.
6. Carrying personal items only inside the passenger sitting zone is highly recommended.
7. Smoking/Drinking is prohibited on the vehicle while it’s recommended to avoid eating food on the vehicle since $250 may be charged for cleaning the vehicle due to spillage.
8. All drop offs will be at the departure level (curbside).
9. In the event of any accident any claims can be made per booking collectively not by the number of pax individually.
10. Coverage is to the extent of amount as insured on the vehicle.
11. The drivers/Chauffeurs are responsible for accidents caused due to their own faults.
12. Incidents other than Driver error and vehicle manufacturer’s fault will be covered by BAHZ INC insurance.
13. BAHZ INC reserves the right to use SUV/VAN instead of a Sedan/SUV in the event of unavailability of Sedan/SUV
14. 20% gratuity is preferred to be paid in cash to the chauffeur directly.
15. Additional Stop: $10/stop (Additional stops are brief stops where vehicle travel no more than half a mile off course to destination). All stop charges are to be made to the chauffeur directly.
16. Grocery Stop will only be made at Publix Super Market at Lake Cay Commons 9930 Universal Boulevard, Orlando, FL 32819. The charge will be $30 for each 25 minute wait time to be paid directly to chauffeur.
